It’s very easy and affordable to get high quality professional product photos for your business. To get started, read the information below about the process and the prices, then fill out the contact form and send me your products. It’s simple as that.
If you are located in the Dallas- Ft. Worth Metroplex I offer free pickup of your products or you can just drop by your product at my commercial photography studio in North Ft.Worth.
After you have contacted me with information about your product, turnaround time and other special requests that you might have, I will then email you a quote and order form for your commercial product photography request. After you have shipped the product(s) to me, I will take it from there. I will then start with the photography as soon the product arrives, as well as the editing.
When the photography work is completed according to your instructions, I will send you the photo proofs over a secure website to get your approval. If you are satisfied with the work then please send me the payment so I can release you the photographs and return you the product(s).
In case you are not 100% happy with the photographs, I will do the photo shoot again without any extra charge. Not all other commercial product photographers can offer such a great guarantee and piece of mind
Placing an Order:
1. Fill out this Contact form (or call me) and describe the product photography that you want.
2. I will then email you a quote and order form.
2. Fill in the complete order form and enclose it in a box with your products. Remember to adequately pack the products to avoid damage while transportation and make sure that you get a tracking number.
4. Send me the tracking number of your products. I will let you know when I get the products and send you the photo proofs for approval when the shoot is completed.
5. Pay for the service when you have approved the photo proofs, I will then send you the photographs online and ship back your products.
Yes. All your products and materials will be sent back to you by Fed Ex, UPS or any other service provider. Please keep in mind that certain types of products such as food, soap and cosmetic products may need to be opened and manipulated in order get the best photograph.
Turn around times depend on the complexity of the assignment and the number of products being shot. For a single product on a single background the turn around time is usually 1-7 days from the time I receive your product. Please contact me to discuss your particular project’s deadline needs.
I make sure that your photos are posted on a secure private website to be approved by you. Until the photographs get your approval the photos will be marked with a watermark which will be removed once they get your approval and payment is sent and received. Once it’s done you can safely download the photos which we store online for a period of two months. I will also add them to my photo archive and backup for longtime storage, in case you need a copy in the future. You can also get your images on a CD/DVD/USB drive for an additional charge of $50 if you so desire.
The copyright release can be adjusted to the customers needs, usually it states that all photos created during the session or photos modified afterwards will become your intellectual property and you get the full rights of usage. You are the owner and you can use the images however you want and how long you want.
I usually include an optional clause that states that I can display your photos on my online portfolio. This can also be removed from your release if you need complete privacy.
The quote includes the set up, styling, photography, and post work like retouching end color editing. I will also provide full-size, high resolution images in the file format you need and re-sized and web optimized images.
I accept payment in cash, credit card, money order, through PayPal or any personal or company check. All major credit cards are accepted with PayPal or trough our online credit card processing service.
I follow a very simple policy. Any photographs from your shoot belong to you and I do not sell or share them with anyone, and absolutely not your contact information.
Since prices usually vary from project to project it’s best if you contact me with a few details about your project so we can determine if my general rates apply, or if your photography should be quoted as a complete custom project. Look at the tables below for my general rates for simple product photo shots. As you can see I have much lower rates than most other commercial photographers and studios in Dallas-Fort Worth.
This is a question which I frequently get. The main reason as to why my prices are lower than others is because of my low overhead and the fact that I own my commercial photography studio in Ft.Worth. I’m able to deliver the highest quality photographs while keeping my prices low.

The following rates are for a simple product shoot against a solid background, and include a full commercial copyright release.

Rates include photography, basic editing and standard studio equipment, they do not include photoshop, travel time, models or other expenses.
The main variable which determines editing and retouching cost is the output size. At web resolution, less editing work is needed than at higher print resolutions like for billboards or posters.
